১. আমরা কারা
“দৈনিক আমার কন্ঠ রিপোর্টার” অ্যাপটি দৈনিক আমার কন্ঠ (এরপর “আমরা”) পরিচালনা করে। এটি শুধু আমাদের অনুমোদিত রিপোর্টার, লেখক ও সম্পাদকদের সংবাদ লেখা ও প্রকাশের জন্য। সাধারণ পাঠকদের জন্য নয়।
২. কোন তথ্য ব্যবহার হয়
- অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য: ইউজারনেম বা ইমেইল, প্রদর্শিত নাম ও ভূমিকা (রিপোর্টার/সম্পাদক ইত্যাদি)। পাসওয়ার্ড আমাদের সাইট (WordPress) যাচাই করে; অ্যাপ পাসওয়ার্ড ফোনে সংরক্ষণ করে না।
- আপনার তৈরি কনটেন্ট: সংবাদের লেখা, শিরোনাম, ক্যাটাগরি, ট্যাগ, রিপোর্টারের নাম ও স্থান (লেখা), আপলোড করা ছবি, ক্যাপশন।
- ছবি: ছবি আপলোডের আগে ফোনেই ছোট করা হয় এবং GPS লোকেশনসহ সব EXIF তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হয়।
- সেশনের তথ্য: লগইন থাকার জন্য একটি গোপন টোকেন; সার্ভারে শুধু এর হ্যাশ রাখা হয়। সাথে ডিভাইস/ব্রাউজারের ধরন ও শেষ ব্যবহারের সময়।
- নিরাপত্তার জন্য: ভুল পাসওয়ার্ডের চেষ্টা সীমিত করতে আইপি ঠিকানা সাময়িকভাবে (প্রায় ১৫ মিনিট) ব্যবহার হয়; সার্ভার লগে আইপি ঠিকানা থাকতে পারে।
- ফোনে সংরক্ষিত তথ্য: অফলাইন Draft, লগইন টোকেন, অ্যাপের ক্যাশ ও আপনার দেখার পছন্দ (থিম, লেখার আকার)। লগআউট করলে এগুলো মোছা হয়।
আমরা লোকেশন, কন্টাক্ট, মাইক্রোফোন বা বিজ্ঞাপনের আইডি সংগ্রহ করি না। অ্যাপে কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন বা অ্যানালিটিক্স নেই।
৩. কেন ব্যবহার করি
লগইন যাচাই, সংবাদ সংরক্ষণ-রিভিউ-প্রকাশ, ছবি প্রদর্শন, নিরাপত্তা (ব্রুট-ফোর্স রোধ, সেশন বাতিল) এবং সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য। এর বাইরে বিপণন বা বিজ্ঞাপনে ব্যবহার করি না।
৪. শেয়ার করা
আপনার তথ্য আমরা বিক্রি করি না। সাইট চালাতে আমাদের হোস্টিং প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্ভারে তথ্য থাকে। প্রকাশিত সংবাদ ও ছবি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে সবার জন্য খোলা থাকে — এটি সংবাদ প্রকাশের স্বাভাবিক অংশ।
৫. নিরাপত্তা
সব যোগাযোগ HTTPS-এ হয়। টোকেন সার্ভারে হ্যাশ করে রাখা হয়, ভুল চেষ্টা সীমিত, আর প্রতিটি কাজের অনুমতি ভূমিকা অনুযায়ী সার্ভারে যাচাই হয় (যেমন রিপোর্টার নিজে প্রকাশ করতে পারেন না)। কোনো ব্যবস্থাই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়, তবে আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যবস্থা নিই।
৬. তথ্য কতদিন থাকে
অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয় থাকা পর্যন্ত। প্রকাশিত সংবাদ সংবাদ-আর্কাইভের অংশ হিসেবে থাকে। অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ হলে লগইন তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হয়।
৭. আপনার অধিকার ও তথ্য মোছার অনুরোধ
আপনি আপনার তথ্য দেখা, সংশোধন বা মুছে ফেলার (অ্যাকাউন্টসহ) অনুরোধ করতে পারেন: din.islam9808.bd@gmail.com। আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়ের মধ্যে সাড়া দেব। (প্রকাশিত সংবাদ সরানোর ক্ষেত্রে সম্পাদকীয় নীতি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।)
৮. শিশুদের তথ্য
অ্যাপটি ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয় এবং আমরা জেনেশুনে তাদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
৯. নীতি বদল
নীতি বদলালে এই পেজে নতুন তারিখসহ প্রকাশ করা হবে।

1. Who we are
The “Dainik Amar Kontho Reporter” app is operated by Dainik Amar Kontho (“we”). It is for our authorised reporters, writers and editors to write and publish news. It is not for the general public.
2. What data is used
- Account data: username or email, display name and role. Your password is checked by our website (WordPress); the app does not store it on the phone.
- Content you create: story text, titles, categories, tags, reporter name and place (text), uploaded photos and captions.
- Photos: photos are resized on the phone before upload and all EXIF data, including GPS location, is removed.
- Session data: a secret token that keeps you signed in (only a hash is stored on the server), plus the device/browser type and last-used time.
- Security: to limit wrong-password attempts the IP address is used briefly (about 15 minutes); server logs may contain IP addresses.
- Stored on your phone: offline drafts, the sign-in token, app cache and your display preferences (theme, text size). They are removed when you sign out.
We do not collect location, contacts, microphone or advertising IDs. The app contains no ads and no analytics.
3. Why we use it
To verify your login, save/review/publish stories, show photos, keep the service secure (brute-force protection, session revocation) and fix problems. We do not use it for marketing or advertising.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is stored on servers of our hosting provider. Published stories and photos are public on our website – that is the normal purpose of publishing news.
5. Security
All communication uses HTTPS. Tokens are stored hashed on the server, failed attempts are limited and every action is checked on the server according to your role (for example reporters cannot publish by themselves). No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures.
6. Retention
For as long as your account is active. Published stories remain part of the news archive. When an account is closed its login data is deleted.
7. Your rights and deletion requests
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data (including your account) at din.islam9808.bd@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. (Editorial policy may apply to removing published stories.)
8. Children
The app is not for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
